Carolina förstod i princip direkt vad jag behövde så jag behövde egentligen aldrig be henne att göra något, vilket var så skönt. Hon kom hem till mig gjorde fint, lagade mat och höll i bebis så jag kunde duscha eller göra annat jag ville göra. Det kändes väldigt genuint, otvunget och naturligt. Kanske för att Carolina är väldigt genuin, naturlig och behaglig att ha omkring sig. Jag skulle rekommendera alla som ska få bebis att unna sig lyxen att ha Carolina som postpartum doula. Det var helt underbart, underlättade i vårt liv så mycket och gjorde första tiden med min tredje bebis ännu mer njutbar 💕

From brainstorming the ideas, the ease of coordination, the quick communication with Sprouted Health to the AMAZING nourishing meal we were able to provide for our new mamma friend... wow! I can not reccomend enough working with the very warm, kind and talented Carolina and all the magic she makes happen via Sprouted Health. Being able to drop off three nourishing meals weeks into the fog of post-partum time was the best! Love in food form. So glad this service was there!
